The objective of this study was to determine the cytotoxicity of calcium silicate-based cement incorporated with either silver or gold nanoparticles on human lymphocytes. The results showed that the incorporation of silver or gold nanoparticles did not affect the overall biocompatibility of calcium silicate-based cement.
